Our items are carefully packaged with our black and silver themed packaging which is ideal for giving as a gift or just keeping for yourself. All of our items are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail and will need to be signed for upon receipt. We also offer special delivery for those last minute presents or if you are particularly anxious to receive your items quickly. We may also require this service for multiple items or items of high value for extra security.

At SophoSilver, we don't feel you should be limited by which country you're browsing from, which is why we provide the option for International shipping. At present we provide delivery to the USA, Canada and Europe. Royal Mail International AirSure is the method used to send these items, and requires a small handling fee for insurance purposes.

Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us and we do not, under any circumstances share your information with a third party. We will only store information if you sign up for an account, and this information is kept secured, only to be used for us to process your order. Payment is processed via Paypal's secure servers, which you access via your Paypal account or just directly via a debit or credit card. We do not access or store this information. If for any reason you should be unhappy with a purchase you have made through our site, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and indicate which item you would like to return and why. Once we receive the item in its original packaging, we will be able to supply a full refund or replacement item (where available).

To place an order you need to locate the item or items you wish to purchase and add each of them to your shopping cart. From the shopping cart you can change the delivery options and quantities and the select 'Proceed to Checkout' which will guide you through the payment process. Once you're ready to complete your order, you will be directed to the Paypal payment site to enter your payment information and after this has been processed you will be brought back to SophoSilver to confirm your order.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, as well as Paypal. Cards include: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Solo and Switch Maestro.

You must login to view current or past orders. To do this you need to select the Login option found at the top of each page and enter the email address and password you signed up with. Within My Account you can view your current orders, previous orders and maintain your Wishlist.

Whilst logged in to My Account you can alter the information supplied, for example change your address, add or alter your phone number and change your shipping or billing address.
