If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within seven days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or are lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded in any case.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three (3) days of receiving the order.

• You will need to supply us with your details and the details of the product
• The details of the fault
• We will then contact you with instructions on how to return the item to us or to make further enquiries about the fault. It goes without saying they we cannot accept returns for any 'intrusive' jewellery (such as earrings, body jewellery etc) unless the item is faulty on receipt.

We recommend that you return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, without fail you must obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

We cannot offer an exchange service for non-UK mainland orders unless by prior agreement. Please note - as above contact us first before returning any goods. This will ensure that any exchanges are carried out in a prompt and efficient manner.
